Equity Recovery Consultants, LLC is a surplus and overage fund recovery firm that helps former property owners and their heirs locate, claim, and recover unclaimed surplus funds resulting from foreclosure and tax sale auctions. When you opt in to our SMS program, you can expect to receive text messages related to your potential or active claim, including claim updates, document requests, appointment reminders, and occasional informational or promotional messages about our services.

Cancellation & Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (443) 586-9079. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive recurring messages, with frequency that may vary based on your interaction with us and the status of your claim. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
